Succulent beef, potato and swede, simply seasoned and wrapped in butter enriched shortcrust pastry. Glazed with an egg wash and topped with cracked black pepper.
Cooking Instructions – As a guide only. For best results allow to thaw. Pre heat oven to between 180°C, Fan 160°C. Place straight into the oven. Remove from the oven when the pastry is a golden-brown colour, and the core temperature is above 75°C (approx. 30 - 35 mins).
